I would like to apologize to those who are waiting since 2008 for us to bring this back. Since November 2008, the US economic situation has gone to the toilet and looks like it is still flushing.
We simply can't justify to bring this back for the mean time. But the question is still out there.
Should we or not restart this operation?
In the mean time, all contents are still available online. Please do not abuse or leech it. Bandwidth are not free. We are still paying for the hundred of Gigabytes for space, and network.

If you wanna be successful, you need to sacrifice.
to keep your customers/clients happy it's very important. 'cos without them this site probably will go down more deep to the drain. First time when I saw this site(a year ago) I was impresed with your creativities and entertainments you gave but it doesn't last long. I've been noticing nothing been update and you put comments how dificult your situation are. donation it's ok. pay monthly fee to read, ehmm not a good thing. have a look at your survey, what are the most people interested on, free of course. One thing for sure, number of people visited your site now is totally reducing big time since last year (if you do this survey as well)'cos nothing is interesting any more, nothing is updated.
Keep it free and update. the more people happy and many will see the more populer this site will be and for sure some one will put some banners or advertisings on your site to boost/help with your expenses at the end.

I don't mind paying the fee as long as cepeceng provides broad collection of Indonesian magazines for us
Magazine costs are quite a bit here about 1-2 millions Rupiahs each month for the many magazine Cepeceng.com carries...
Bandwitdh cost about 100 Rupiahs per MB in Jakarta. I think the magazines are about 30MB, thus a user reading a magazine would cost the hosting 3000 Rupiahs. 1000 users a day means 3 Million Rupiahs per day for Bandwidth cost.
I think it is cheaper in USA
to reduce cost you can ask your friends in indonesia to scan and send you the scanned magazines, then you can upload them to a US server (which i believe is much cheaper there).
as for donation or paid subscription, don't count on it, indonesian are very cheap.
you need to provide ad space or use google adsense if possible. well, it's quite hard to success in indonesia market. cheap bastard.
